Thanking him for sending the orchestral score of his Città Morta [i.e. Die tote Stadt], saying that he is very happy to have in his library "questo vostro nobile e sapiento lavoro" and that Korngold is young and that the path is open for him to reach the stars ("la via è spianata per arrivare ad astra").
